Little Oaks (Nursery, Kindergarten & Pre-Reception Provision)
Little Oaks is where the journey begins. We welcome children from two years of age where we instil a spirit of exploring and discovery and an appetite for trying out new things.
Our provision in Little Oaks is split as follows:
- Nursery (2 year olds)
- Kindergarten (3 year olds)
- Pre-Reception (children will move up to Pre-Reception in the September following their fourth birthday)
In addition to term time, our extended provision is open for 50 weeks of the year, from 7.30am to 6.00pm (except the last week of the summer holidays and Christmas week).
Your child’s development
Our dedicated, qualified staff introduce phonics and numeracy through a range of activities and experiences and also make them relevant to each child’s real life understanding.
Our approach to embedding the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum focuses on extending your child’s learning through a vast range of enriching activities, enabling them to use their imagination and creativity, whilst building problem solving skills and independence.
