We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. The Gender pay gap is defined as the difference in median pay between men and women.
The latest Gender Pay Gap report is from 2019 when the Oratory Prep School was part of the Oratory Schools Association, using data taken from 2018.
Since this report was published, the School has become part of Bellevue Education, and so is out of date. In March 2020, due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the Government Equalities Office and Equality and Human Rights Commission took the decision to suspend reporting for employers for this year. Therefore, a new Gender Pay Gap Report will be published in April 2021.
